In order to complete the PLACE assessment on line, first please call the church office or email Amy McMullen at mindev@peopleoffaith.org to get a Partner Code. Then go online to http://assessment.placeministries.org/ , click on “a Partner Code was given to me” and enter the Partner Code you were issued. Once you log in, you will be given a specific user name and password that is unique to you. The user ID and password are case sensitive. Please write them down, because you will need them if you want to access the assessment more than once or review it later. You do not have to take the assessment in one sitting. If you log out before you have completed the assessment, your information will be saved. The next time you log in, just enter your user ID and password and you can pick up where you left off. After you have completed the assessment, it will be forwarded to the People of Faith database and a consultant will contact you to discuss your profile with you and help you find your PLACE in ministry!
