Greetings to our Interim Pastor!   Rev. Marti Fisher 

Rev. Fisher is a retired pastor who continues to do pulpit supply and short term interims. She and her husband Max are snow-birds. They live half of the year in the Columbus, Ohio area (Pickerington) and the other half in Kissimmee. She and Max have three adult children and 5 grandchildren all who live close by their Pickerington, Ohio home.
Pastor Marti has served as a single pastor, an associate pastor, and also as a called hospital chaplain. She has done three different interims: 2 in Ohio and 1 in Central Florida so far.. and we will be her fourth.

She has an interest in doing outreach work and has done so for two different parishes since her retirement and has continued to teach Bible Studys as well. She loves the fact that our congregation is well organized and that we see the importance of encouraging each another not only to grow in our giftedness but to use our gifts to better serve others.

Pastor Marti has said that she loves the name of our church and understands already how our name has helped to both identify us and define the way our congregation can and will move together into our future.... 'by faith alone.'
